  • Salt 3 g
  • Confectioner’s sugar 170 g
  • Extra fine blanched almond flour 57 g
  • Eggs 96 g
  • All-purpose flour 114g
  • All-purpose flour 332g
  • Vanilla powder 4 g
Preparation

First mix the creamed butter, fine salt, confectioner’s sugar, almond flour, vanilla powder, eggs and the smaller portion of flour. Do not beat the mixture. Once you have obtained a homogeneous mixture, add the larger portion of flour in one go.
