Preserve Madagascar vanilla powder

If necessary, clean the cap after use to prevent the extract from crystallizing and interfering with the closure. Store your liquid vanilla extract in a cool, dark place. It will keep forup to three years. Shake the bottle well before each use, to mix the beans with the extract. Vanilla beans do not have the same density as extract, and can clump together at the top of the bottle.
