- Confectioner’s sugar 170 g
- Extra fine blanched almond flour 57 g
- Eggs 96 g
- All-purpose flour 114g
- All-purpose flour 332g
- Vanilla powder 4 g
First mix the creamed butter, fine salt, confectioner’s sugar, almond flour, vanilla powder, eggs and the smaller portion of flour. Do not beat the mixture. Once you have obtained a homogeneous mixture, add the larger portion of flour in one go.
