Madagascan Bean: the leading Bourbon vanilla product
Norohy’s adventure began in Madagascar, the present-day home of the vanilla plant. Our first organic Madagascan vanilla is a black non-split variety. It has an aromatic profile sought after by top chefs, with a high natural vanillin content and intense floral and woody aromas.

Tahitian Bean: French Polynesia’s black gold
Grown on Tahaa island, our Tahitian vanilla has an aromatic bouquet made up of more than 200 molecules. Its oily, aroma-rich beans offer intense aniseed and floral notes with a hint of almond, tonka bean and balsamic vinegar. Its powerful, subtle flavors will be revealed in all their intensity in your creations.
