Mocktail NOROHITA
- Lime purée 3 cl
- Madagascar vanilla syrup 3 cl
- Organic Bourbon vanilla extract 1 sp
- Tangerine puree 9 cl
- Brown sugar 20 g
- Vanilla powder NOROHY 0.1
- Juniper berry 1
Rim the glass with brown sugar and vanilla powder.
Pour all the ingredients into the shaker.
Hard shake with ice.
Double strain into the coupette glass using a fine
strainer.
Madagascar vanilla syrup
- Semi-rich syrup 1 L
- Organic Bourbon vanilla extract 10 sp
Add the vanilla extract to the semi-rich syrup.
Blend it.
Pour the mixture into a bottle.
TIPS :
Shake the Madagascar Vanilla Extract well before use. This recipe works with either industrial cane sugar syrup or homemade semi-rich syrup (1.5 parts sugar to 1 part water).
