What is TADOKA Verbena: the perfect amount of verbena to grate or melt?

TADOKA Verbena is the perfect amount of lemon verbena, ready to use—whether grated or melted—that instantly adds flavor to all your sweet or savory dishes. No more weighing, picking leaves, or steeping: a time-saving solution that’s essential for professionals, while ensuring freshness and aromatic intensity true to the plant.

Raw Materials

TADOKA Verbena contains only three ingredients:

  • Cocoa butter
  • Powdered lemon verbena leaves
  • Lemon Verbena Essential Oil

Verbena is grown in France, in the Grasse region. Tadoka Verbena is part of a clean-label approach: it contains no sugar, no additives, no preservatives, and no added flavors.

Uses of TADOKA Verbena

Its versatility
  • Versatile, TADOKA can be used just as easily in chocolate-making, pastry-making, and ice cream-making as it can in cooking. It pairs well with apricots, peaches, or even berries. On the savory side, it pairs well with dairy products such as fresh cheeses, goat cheese, and yogurt, as well as seafood and fish!

It can be used hot or cold, grated or melted, for perfect control over the amount and consistency of your recipes.

Dosage

The recommended dosage is 2 to 3 doses per kilogram of the preparation.

Made in France

Our verbena is grown in the purest tradition of French perfumers: in the heart of the Grasse region in the Alpes-Maritimes (France).

Preservation

TADOKA can be easily stored at room temperature and retains the intensity of the verbena for a long time thanks to the cocoa butter, meeting the needs of professionals.

Store in the original, unopened packaging in a dry place away from light and heat.

A chef's word

Here, we cold-brew fresh verbena for 24 hours, which results in an infusion that really highlights the verbena’s freshness. The problem is the lack of consistency due to seasonality. Sometimes we used dried verbena, which inevitably gave the infusion a taste of dried herbs—a bit like hay. The advantage of Tadoka is that it offers consistency and a strong aromatic profile that’s really great, combined with ease of use.
