Vanilla milkshake
- Ice cubes 60 g
- Handmade vanilla ice cream 250 g
- Whole or plant-based milk 150 g
- VANIFUSION Madagascar organic vanilla bean paste 15 g
- 100% coconut cream 100 g
- Organic vanilla beans powder -
Mix the ice cubes with the vanilla ice cream.
Add the cold milk and vanilla paste and blend again. Pour into 2 glasses.
Place the coconut cream in a siphon fitted with a smooth nozzle, charge it with one cartridge, and apply a layer of light coconut cream on the milkshakes. Sprinkle lightly with vanilla powder before serving.
