NOROHY selects quality vanilla beans. They are mature and not exhausted. The process begins with maceration of the beans in alcohol. The oleoresin is then obtained by evaporation, decantation and filtration of the mixture. Highly concentrated, oleoresin is difficult to measure out pure. That’s why it’s diluted in organic cane sugar syrup.Vanilla extract is therefore made up of two ingredients: vanilla (oleoresin + spent beans extracted from pods) and cane sugar syrup.

NOROHY liquid vanilla extract delivers intense flavor instantly. What’s more, it’s easy to use and offers a real grain of time. There’s no need to split or scrape the beans. What’s more, its liquid form is easy to incorporate into your recipes. What’s more, it’s easier to dose than a pod. It reflects the aromatic complexity of vanilla. Finally, it’s a clean-label ingredient with no colorants or additives.

NOROHY recommends 20 to 40g of NOROHY vanilla extract per kilo of preparation. This depends on the desired intensity. You can therefore adjust the quantity. Using 20g per kilo provides the same vanillin content as a whole 3g bean with a vanillin content of 1.3%! What’s more, it gives your recipes the complex, woody, rounded aromas of Madagascar vanilla.
