The right packaging preserves the quality of your floral water. So make sure the bottle of floral water you’re after is amber or blue. In this way, the contents will be protected from light, for better preservation of their properties.

The water vapor is charged with aromatic molecules, then condenses as it flows down the distillation column. The result is two liquids: essential flower oil and floral water. The essential oil is often too concentrated to be used in cooking or baking.
