What is NOROHY organic vanilla powder?

Vanilla is picked when fully ripe on the island of Madagascar, and the vanilla beans are then finely ground into a fine organic vanilla powder. It's as easy to store as it is to dose. No need to scrape and infuse the beans! Add a few spoonfuls to your recipes for instant natural flavoring. This vanilla powder is dry. It is therefore ideal for adding no moisture to your preparations.

Applications

NOROHY has designed NOROHY Organic Vanilla Bean Powder for dry doughs, so as not to add the extra moisture of a liquid extract. NOROHY Organic Vanilla Bean Powder is perfect for sprinkling on toppings to decorate and flavor your recipes. It’s the perfect ingredient for marshmallows, macaroons, brioches, shortbread, cookies and cup cakes! Organic vanilla powder is ideal for chocolate, cookie and viennoiserie applications! It can also be used to flavor hot chocolate or coffee with sweet vanilla notes.

Dosage

NOROHY organic vanilla bean powder is easy to incorporate into your preparations. Its fine grinding (only 500 microns!) makes it easy to dose in your applications. In fact, using a precision balance, it’s easier to measure the desired quantity of vanilla when it’s in powder form than when it’s a whole bean.

Finely ground Bourbon beans, and that's it!

Our organic vanilla powder is made from extraction-quality beans, which are drier and not used up! In fact, ground beans are whole and have not previously been used for extraction. They therefore retain all their aromatic richness. Whole pods are then ground: pulp, wood and seeds. In this way, you'll rediscover the beans so dear to the visual and the camphor notes of Madagascar vanilla. Your customers will delight in the natural, intensely woody aromas of your recipes. These are vanilla beans from the Vanilla Planifolia variety. This variety of vanilla originates from Mexico, but has been acclimatized on Reunion Island, Mauritius and Madagascar. In 1964, vanilla from this part of the world became known as Bourbon vanilla. Since then, this name has been used to designate vanilla beans from the Indian Ocean.

A clean-label recipe

NOROHY vanilla powder is a clean label recipe. This guarantees that only the essential ingredients are used. In this case, only vanilla beans are used. No sugar, additives or preservatives… and even less caramel or flavor enhancers. NOROHY offers you the best of nature to flavor your recipes as naturally as possible.

Quality raw materials

NOROHY has chosen to offer ORGANIC vanilla powder. This means that no pesticides or GMOs are used from cultivation to storage. This guarantee also ensures the traceability of the beans to their place of production.

Made in France

The beans are processed in France. The beans are ground into vanilla powder, which is intense in natural aromas.
