Quality approach
Our aim is the same for all our products: to understand the quality criteria of each product as well as possible, to define the most demanding characteristics with our partners, and to progress from year to year by adapting to each harvest.
We limit the list of our ingredients to what is strictly necessary. Synthetic flavors, colorings, processed sugars and caramel are absent from our recipes.
Our partnerships with chefs and our knowledge of patisserie and catering enable us to offer flavoring solutions that are easy to use and dose. We work with L’Ecole Valrhona chefs to balance all our recipes and pass on to our customers all the basic pastry recipes, adapting the dosage to each of our products. Whenever possible, our raw materials and finished products are organically grown. In 2023, more than 90% of our products will be certified organic.
We are working on mapping all our partners’ plots to guarantee the traceability of our beans. The roses and orange blossoms we use to make our floral waters also come from geolocated organic plots.
